How To Store Zucchini

How To Freeze Zucchini

To grate zucchini, cut off the ends of the zucchini and slice it lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into thirds. Then, using a grater, grate the zucchini into a bowl. You can freeze whole zucchinis but I wouldn’t recommend freezing them raw. To freeze them, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Place the halves cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees F until tender, about 30 minutes. Cool completely.
